• Taking SQL Database backups for all running applications on daily basis and making multiple copies at different locations.
• Maintaining and updating POS (point of sale) systems with all required registered applications and ensuring 100% uptime for connectivity between POS systems and SQL Database Servers.
• Managing printers and scanner and troubleshoot end user issues and maintaining IT structural.
• Managing and updating Backup Servers with recent databases copies at all branches on daily basis.
• Planning, Designing and Deployment of all IT jobs including Systems & Network layout and Server Infrastructure at Naher-ul-Kuther Medical Center and Implementation of Clinic Management System

• BTS/NodeB health checking and maintenance, Transmission Links RSL checking, Battery Bank/Rectifier Modules checking, Shelter / Equipment Room checking, Antenna & Feeder Cables weathering’ proper routing and VSWR checking, if find anything problematic, then resolve it on the spot or make demands to resolve it asap.
CM (Corrective maintenance) at sites that includes the following issues:
• Media (E1’s), Microwave ODU, IDU installation, TRX/BPUG/FS/CC cards in errors, Fiber Optical cables / Fiber modules and RRU problems, over VSWR value, BTS internal alarms rectification, any kind of Commercial & DG Power problems & rectifiers issues, External alarms patching
