• Presently working as the “Functional Consultant”(Oracle ERP Applications R-12) from May-2007 to-date, Performing the following responsibilities:-
• My responsibility is to provide Application support on day-to-day issues of end-users / staff. We are providing support for Payables, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management and Process Manufacturing modules.
• Providing implementation support through transition to ongoing operations.
• Active Team member for the implementation of the Oracle Financial R 12 module including user support, especially for Oracle Payables Module where various issues are catered on the daily basis.
• Active Team member for the implementation of Supply Chain Management Module.
• Worked on the business analysis of Inventory, Procurement, Order Management and Processes for the implementation of Supply Chain Management.
• Conducting Training sessions related for Oracle Financial, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing, and Oracle Order Management modules of Release 12 for the ERP Functional Resources as well as for the Finance, Supply chain and Process Manufacturing users.
• Providing support to the Oracle Financial, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing, and Oracle Order Management users to solve various issues catered on daily basis.
• Worked on the Notification Mailer, Discoverer and Business intelligence publisher.
• Provide training & support to Client personnel before, during & after the Parallel & Live running phases of the ERP implementation.
• Have good presentation and communication skills. • Have good analytical skills. • Ability to work and manage the team design for different projects subjects on management of the man power in different environment. • Solid grip on Troubleshooting. • Confident and able to work in any computer based environment.
