• Directly responsible for Tenders and managing the Fuel OCC (Operations Control Centre) for commercial and adhoc schedule flights on daily basis for reputed airlines worldwide.
• Monitoring the fuel team and follow for report of ADHOC and schedule flights on regular basis, Follow personally for following flights such as Ambulance flight, Royal Flights, VIP Flights, Presidential flights, Military Flights ETC, to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Responsible of proper refueling procedures, safety, security and demonstrate, responsible to assist with scheduling fueling agents. Assist Ramp Manager by overseeing, coordinating and participating in all activities related to fueling operations. Also follow with refueling trucks and delivers fuel to aircraft on time, Responsible in maintaining good relationship with FBO and Handler, If required coordinate and work with Flight Operations team in additional activities
• Responsible for checking all schedule and ADHOC flights P.O & S.O updated in SAP correctly
• Responsible in interacting with clients by providing 24/7 fuel operations service to obtain more regular business, directly negotiate with INTO PLANE or major suppliers t, focused in maintaining good relationship with FBO’s and Handler
• Manage an Extensive portfolio of Suppliers and Operators (Commercial/Private), Jet Fuel price calculation based on the platt’s, region and cost analysis preparation
• Closely monitor client and supplier accounts such as receivables, payables to maintain fuel operations in control, Coordinating with IT team and managing in-house IT systems ensuring that they are fit for purpose
• International Business Trips, Attended IATA Aviation Fuel Forum (London, U.K-2018), Attended IATA Aviation Fuel Forum (Athens, Greece-2019)
Submitting Jet Fuel Tenders for commercial Airlines and private Operators by providing competitive
contract terms such as billing cycle with competitive formula/Market price by analyzing clients ageing in
the industry by checking experts report
Directly responsible for managing the Fuel OCC (Operations Control Centre) for commercial schedule
flights on daily basis for reputed airlines across the globe such as Saudi Airlines, Etihad Airways, Egypt Air,
Air Arabia, KLM, Air France, Alitalia, DHL, Fly Dubai, Indigo Airlines ETC.
Handling the fuel requests of ADHOC or schedule flights for private operator across the globe such as
Ambulance flight, Royal Flights, VIP Flights, Presidential flights, Military Flights ETC, to maintain
operational effectiveness.
Assist in the development of an effective Supplier Relationship Management program and support
delivery of program with agreed suppliers. Identify cost saving and cost efficiencies through closer
relationship with suppliers
On call for ad-hoc diversions and fuel shortages, using market knowledge and the Fuel OCC team to source
alternative solutions to minimize operational delays and commercial impact
Proactively engage with fuel suppliers to identify supply issues and provide solutions to support and
maintain a stable 24/7 operation.
Support fuel procurement team in research to provide effective pricing and management information in
support of new route business cases to accurately identify route costs.
Manage the timely update of business finance and operational databases with correct pricing data,
Enables Fuel Optimization team to plan tankering, updates Finance accruals, enables timely payment of
fuel invoices via Accounts Payable.
