Project:
EPIC For Dukhan Production Facilities Upgrade Phase 1A, Work Package 2.

Key Accomplishments:
1-Upgradation of the existing Associated Gas Compressors (3-Nos) as recommended by OEM (Ms. BHGE) to meet future production requirements.
2-Replacement of existing Associated Gas Compressor (1-No) with new AG Compressor as recommended by OEM (Ms. SIEMENS) to meet future production requirements.
3-Replacement of Internals for 3-Phase Production Separators (4-Nos.) as recommended by OEM (Ms. FJORDS/NOV) to achieve better separation efficiency.
4-MOC Modifications of Oil Stabilization Heat exchanger (1-No.) as recommended by OEM (OFFICINE LUIGI RESTA) to mitigate existing corrosion problems and expected higher corrosion rates.
5-MOC Modifications of Compressor Interstage coolers (6-Nos.) as recommended by OEM (Ms. KELVION) to mitigate existing corrosion problems and expected higher corrosion rates.

Key Responsibilities
1-Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and progress of the project with Operations, Engineering, Construction team, Contractors, Vendors, third parties, and day-to-day surveillance and inspection of construction activities within their discipline.
2-Plan the deployment of personnel, auxiliary equipment, and subcontractors.
3-Execute the required Project service(s) including the defined technical requirements.
4-Ensure the Project deliverables generated by Contractors meet the Projects’ requirements in terms of technical content.
4-Check and confirm the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by contractors; in order to certify the objectives and all elements of the Projects are accomplished within budget, time and quality.
5-Ensure HSE, Quality control procedures, and friendly execution of all construction activities on time and within specifications are followed during the execution of project works.
6-Coordinate and participate in Projects reviews, meetings, and workshops.
7-Participate in solving project challenges that are recognized during the development of the Design & Engineering Package or Construction phase.
8-Co-Ordination With Vendor & Third Party Agencies for Manufacturing the Packages (Compressors, Interstage Coolers, Heat Exchangers, Valves, Pumps, Skids, & Piping Materials Etc.) As Per Project Specification Submission of Each Deliverables To Client Get Up To Approval And Bring The Material At Site As Per Planned Schedule.
9-Identify gaps in existing practices and tools and manage the process of developing new practices that enhance technological offerings.
10-Ensure to have the right resources to supervise and inspect Projects execution and resource deployment as per project schedule and resources.
11-Regular contact with employees at site; demonstrating “visible leadership”.
12-As required go offshore/onshore on projects to guide teams and assist in project execution.
13-Experienced in Fabrication & Erection of Piping, Storage Tanks, Structural Steel, and Pipeline Construction in accordance with Codes and standards.
14-Experienced in Installation of static & Rotating equipment’s as per approved drawings & lifting plan at released equipment foundation from TPI/QC Inspector.
15-Experienced in Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost-effective, and timely manner.
