Managing twelve merchandisers
Developing Garments to the design sketches and specification and shipping bulk orders on time.
Responsible for Product Development and Costing the Garments to the required retail price with the correct margins of Next PLC, UK.
Have a very good product Eye and tharough on designs for variuos products.
Tharough knowledge in various types of Denim and None-Denim Washes and there price points.
Knowledge on range building for different price points when targeting sales.
Planning and executing Bulk orders from Development to shipment.
Training Merchandisers
Have a good Quality Eye for woven and knitwear products.
Have good product knowledge on Casual and formal tops/ bottoms woven & Jersey products such as Casual shirts, Denim & Non-Denim Jackets, Quilted Jackets & Parkas; Casual Trousers, Denim Jeans, Formal Shirts, Blazers, Toppers and formal trousers.
Have good product knowledge in Knitwear products such as Crew neck t-shirts, Polo T-shirts, Vests, and Jackets.
Has a positive attitude, willing to learn, flexible for changes and willing to take challenges and meet dead line.
