•Coordinating with the client and identify and understand all project requirements such as time, money and human resources etc.
•Aligning brand team with the project requirements and routine tasks to ensure optimum quality and timely delivery.
•Assisting the senior management in developing HAF policies, standard operation procedures and ensuring their effective implementation.
•Coordinating with the senior management in Karachi and Islamabad regarding resource requirement and forecasting needs.
•Responsible for the recruitment process, conducting and managing interviews as per the policies of the organization.
•Maintaining and updating vacancy status in our budgeted headcount.
•Preparing the required employee related documents such as offer/appointment letters, internship and experience certificates etc.
•Conducting orientation and training sessions of newly inducted employees.
•Administering the semi-annual performance appraisals and designing customized appraisal forms.
•Conducting needs assessment to identify training gaps and develop a training calendar accordingly.
•Leading the HAF Officer to initiate, plan and manage training and development programs for employees.
•Developing content for the company’s website and social media platforms.
•Overlooking the Quick Performance Review system, its execution and reporting.
