•Market, sell all event venues; auditorium, amphitheatre, conference centre and coordinate all special events related activities.
•Achieve set sales targets by creating and successfully closing large corporate deals.
•Forecasting, planning and organising the sales resources in order to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
•Effectively Coordinate and communicate client event requirements with Events Operations team.
•Keep accurate record of all new sales leads, presentations, customer relation calls and appointments for contracts.
•Prepare proposals for Conferences, corporate gatherings, launches, gala dinners, concerts and press conferences and actively contribute to the success of these events.
•Schedule and coordinates requirements for Partners specialising corporate and Sport events, concerts, gala dinners, large scale receptions, awarding ceremony and launches.
•Building relationships with key Partners and prospects with the ability to write back focusing on continuous improvement.
•Prepare key account sales strategy, key objectives, secure sponsorship of events and provide options that add value to I.T and Media Clients through effective client servicing.
•Take ownership of all events and plan key event objectives, activities, and reviews according to a set business planning cycle.
•Prepare key account sales proposals, reports and performance analyses to assist reviews and projects with an eye on event marketing activities and initiatives that drive continuous growth of business.
•Monitor and prepare reports on revenue, profit and expenditure to ensure cost effective event programs through effective budget management.
•Create, foster and maintain client relations through events such as open days and networking in order to leverage and sustain a win-win portfolio.
•Plan, prepare and monitor annual budgets for the event with strict adherence to revenue and cost ensuring achievement of profit.
•Coordinating with Operation Manager and Delegating daily task to Operations Assistant team to fulfill Clients Requirements.
•Ensures that all clients are treated courteously, complaints and problems are resolved promptly and requests for services are carried out efficiently.
•Reorganized customer service to properly align with sales teams improving communications and reducing time sales spent on non-sales related administrative activities.
•Coordinating and negotiating with various suppliers to fulfill client’s requirement.
•Assists in Sales and booking functions by being replacement for Account Manager.
•Making Sales Forecast, Sales Analysis to achieve assigned sales target.
•Preparing Sales reports, Sales and Stock Analysis in order to monitor sales activities.
•Coordinating with Facility management for various services.
•Responsible for all kinds of General & Sales correspondence with Suppliers.
•Process incoming orders, coordinated shipments, and handled customer-related issues.
•Responsible for handling wider functional/administrative work and senior level secretarial responsibilities independently.
•Interact with internal and external authorities at a senior level to follow-up and co-ordinate on relevant matters such as meetings, appointments and messages independently.
•Responsible for all Sales Administration & Coordination, reporting to the Dept. Manager.
•Responsible for all kinds of General & Sales Correspondence locally and internationally.
•Responsible for Purchase, Stock and Inventory and coordination with Logistic Dept. for Stock, Inventory and Distribution of goods.
•Coordination with Channel Members for Orders Process and Distribution of goods.
•Responsible for Preparation of Quotations, Proforma Invoices, Stock Statements, Monthly Expenses and Sales Report etc.
•Keeping up-to-date on merchandise style and price change.
•Coordination with international manufacturers for new product models, catalogues, technical Specification etc.
•Working experience on ORACLE E-Business Suite.
