Job Description:
• Maintain Tracking Sheet for Unilever nationwide customer.
• Verification and audit of claim documents and final payment through SAP.
• Communicate updated daily nationwide report of customer to client after aligning with SAP.
• Generate SAP report for reconciliation of payment.
• Prepare monthly KPIs report of Claims Team.
• Prepare and communicate region wise Fortnight status report, Return report and Delay report.
• Providing supervision to team in absence of supervisor. (Back up Supervisor)
• Follow up, report and coordinate with customers, regional offices and head office.
• Ensuring payments of claim are made as per timelines.
• Establishing good competitive environment within the team.
• Creating profitable relations with all customers.
