Spearheading responsibility for managing the gamut of operations pertaining to:
Carry out the preparation of WBS and development of Level 3 - Integrated Baseline Programme, Level 4 Fabrication Schedule, Project Controls Plan, Progress Measurement & KPIs; accountable for submitting Dashboard report for EGM
Ensuring timely completion of:
Cooperating and coordinating with the Project Managers in formulating and adapting the new controlling and monitoring company procedures at site and that to enhance and improve the labors production
Preparing the contract programme in conjunction with the strategy discussed with Project Director
Managing contract programme with bi-weekly updates & preparing delay analysis
Reviewing the requirements of Project Controls deliverables & ensure its delivery to the client on time
Monitoring availability of long lead items/ bulk items/ as per procurement schedule to ensure continuous work flow on site
Involved in the bidding process & conduct meetings with sub-contractors, develop bid submission programme.
Analyzing bid document, technical & financial qualifying conditions, required resources to execute the project, local working conditions at site.
Entrusted with additional responsibility for complete project coordination between the team, main contractor and sub-contractors, which has helped the company to solve many critical issues at right time
Steering efforts towards:
Advising the Projects Manager on any planning deficiencies from scheduling point of view
Overseeing project activities from conceptualization to execution including progress monitoring and manpower planning
Looking after overall project management including project planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling
Ensuring planning & mobilization of the resources for achieving the scheduled progress on the project

• Responsible for preparing WBS and developing Baseline Schedule.
• Resource Histogram & KPIs.
• Analyzing Subcontractors Programme and Progress Reports.
• Develop Ad-hoc Schedules, Target & Recovery Programme and arranged the meetings with all sub-contractors
• Interacted with Design, Construction and Procurement Department for close monitoring of baseline schedule
• Laid down Close Out and T&C Plan
