Responsibilities include
• Create New Employee files for Manual data (Riyadh and Jeddah) Branch.
• Maintaining Employees Record in System (Riyadh and Jeddah) Branch.
• Files Papers and Document in appropriate Employees files.
• Prepare New Job Offer for new recruited employees.
• Prepare Work Resumptions for New Joining and Existing Employees.
• Raising the IMS through Oracle, if any Employees Payroll ID block.
• Prepare Employee contract Letters.
• Checking the Missing Documents in Employees files and follows up to get those documents from Employees.
• Receive daily Application from Employees as (Sick Leave, Approval leave & Annual Leave etc.) from Riyadh and Jeddah Branch.
• Update Daily request application form in System
• Maintaining Annual leave record, Sick Leave record, absent record, absent with cause record, absent without cause record, Manager Approval record.
• Sending Documents and paper through courier which related to the AWRM.
• Requesting to create new Email, Payroll & Oracle ID for new recruited Employees from Dubai Management.
• Set the employee’s time schedule in (Middle East Attendance Software) for Riyadh and Jeddah Branch.
• Taking Attendance backup twice in a Month and follow with Employees.
• Issue the Absent Form to the Employees (Who was absent without any Reason).
• Maintaining the Loan and Advance Salary deduction Records of the Employees (Riyadh and Jeddah) Branch.
• Sending Applications form to Medical Insurance Company to issue the Medical cards for New Employees. (Riyadh and Jeddah Branch). And maintain all Employees Medical Insurance Record (Riyadh & Jeddah) Branch.
• Making flight booking for Employees.
• Coordinate through Emails with oversees Recruitment agent for Hiring new Employees or candidates for after sales.
• Makes photo copies, Faxes Documents and perform other clerical functions performs other duties as assigned.
• Typing confidential documents.
• Generate the visit visa for Dubai Management peoples for visit KSA.
• Perform related duties as assigned by superiors.
• Perform other related duties as required.
