To check the detailed patients’ information entered in Patient Record Software as
per insurance card of the respective patient
- To check if billing done with correct description, amount and patient share
mentioned
- To check the lab samples prescribed by concerned doctor is given by the patient and
make sure it is billed on the same day or next day (with approvals)
-To check back dated pending bills and to be cleared on same day.
-To provide feedbacks, reports and updates to admin team and insurance team
whenever required.
Job Profile:
- Entering of prospect’s information in Autobiz as and when an inquiry is generated
by sales consultant.
- Updating of prospect’s feedback and remarks in Autobiz on daily basis.
- Updating the complete information of prospect according to booking file in autobiz
before handing over to EDP Administrator.
- Coordination with tele caller and CRE, providing data from Autobiz for periodic
Successfully completed a certified training crash course on Human Resource Management in Zabeel International Institute of Management and Technology (Dubai) with certification (attached) attested by Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), Dubai. The course includes topics like Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling.
