Store Operations
•Sales Growth (% increase in LFL sales growth)
•Store Productivity (Increase in ATV Value monthly / quarterly / annually / Achievement against target/ Increase in customer footfalls conversion.
•Store Expense Line Management ( Administrative Expenses/ Employee Costs)
•Membership base of the store ( Achievement against target/increase in the number of members)
•Assuring 100% SOP in processes of inventory management, shrinkage control.
•Achievement against target /Stock management principles (Store Audit Results)
•Achievement of initiatives towards product innovation/optimization (commercial sense, right product, right space etc.)


•Maintain high standard of Customer Service at any point of time
•Maintaining VM norms of section (color, Style Standard)
•Resolution of customer complaints in set time line
•Controlling damage & defective on floor
•Staff scheduling & assuring of manpower availability
•Promoting category with effective mechanism of active supervision, concurrent feedback & section readiness.
•Contributing maximum sale through loyalty customers & enrolling more customers towards loyalty program of Landmark.
•Planning & execution of floor setup, demolition for sale layouts & display
•Recognizing each & every team member for their competencies & training them on their weaknesses to make them more productive.
•Analyzing top & bottom styles of department & discussing with team
•Promoting FAB of merchandise while selling to customers.
•Coordinating with merchandising team for stock update & brand performance

Team Management
•Created a positive working environment in store associates by valuing and encouraging diversity, mutual respect and team work
•Leading a team of 13 includes 2 Supervisor and CSA (Customer Service Assistant).
•Directing, leading and motivating to staff to achieve their targets & Goals
•Delegating the work to team; checking the daily sales with the team members
