 Technical support in computer installation, configuration and troubleshooting Networking, Hardware, software, and operating system problems.
 Sets up local area network of Win XP and Win 2003 server and ensures smooth functioning of the network.
 Interaction with end users (i.e. employees of DIB) to provide support regarding network connectivity with servers, PCs and other equipments on the LAN/WAN.
 Support to all user queries, problems related with the I-Flex (banking application software) and logs the queries for informing them at Head and rectifying problems.
 Ensures that every machine has the latest Anti Virus definition and executes Anti Virus scans on routinely basis.
 Support and configuration of ATM related issues
 Provide help and support for NADRA Verisys, Online verification for Customers Identity and Configuration of SBP returns software.
 Help and Support in IP telephony exchange (AVAYA) at the premises and ensure smooth functioning of system.
 AVAYA SITE Administration relating to systems malfunctioning, errors, Voice communication/voice messaging, PRI’s etc.
 Usage of AVAYA Site Administration to keep track of errors, IP extensions creation, security password implementation, monitoring trunks etc.
 Keep track of all the issues relating to AVAYA in Central Region Branches and coordination with vendor for their rectification and system smooth functioning.
 Installation and configuration of CCTV Cam’s IP based software.
 Interaction and co-ordination with different vendors regarding their products installation configuration and their smooth functioning at the branches.
 Helping out and assisting Auditors regarding IT related audit.
