 Witness dry commissioning of 522MVA generator stepup transformer
 Condition monitoring and performance evaluation of the machine and plant including mechanical auxiliaries systems
 Prepared Response of Water & Power Development Authority to Voith Hydro Referral to the Dispute Board “Change Request on 500kV Over Head Lines” amounting to USD 5, 690, 883.00.
 Review of as built drawings for electrical system.
 Review of spare parts items necessary for the operation and maintenance activities of the plant. Spare parts status review and ensure minimum spares inventory level.

 Preparation of replies to prospective bidders Queries. Preparation of Clarifications thereto.
 Issuance of Addenda to Technical Specifications.
 In depth review and Evaluation of Bids of Electrical & Mechanical Equipment of Project.
 Preparation of document of outstanding items, for discussion with successful bidder during Pre Award Clarification meetings.
 Review of Construction Schedules of Project Contractor/bidder.
 Review of various Method Statements/Drawings of Civil works Contractor pertaining to E&M works.
 Resolving various issues with Client pertaining to Project.
 Preparation of Conformed Contract documents.
 Resolution of various design issues of EM equipment and Civil works of the Project by conducting meetings and exchange of correspondence.
 Design review of Electrical circuit drawings, detail drawings and provide assistance to review of erection and installation of the power station equipment e.g. of Turbines, Generators, Governor, Excitation system, Generator circuit breaker, Stepup Transformer, Electrical protection, air handling system, various types of cranes, cooling water systems, lubricating oil system, transformer oil handling system, diesel generator sets, hydraulic oil system, inlet valve and pressure relief valve of power plant, steel tower and structures.
 Review of various type of manuals (erection manuals, component, operation and maintenance manual) and erection protocols for individual systems installed.
 Interface of EM contractor equipment with Civil Contractor finalized
 Overall protection scheme for generator and 500kV switchyard finalized.
 Inspection and test plant protocols was finalized.
 Different site issues related to design finalized and appropriate solution provided.
 Construction supervision by monitoring and inspecting of Electrical erection with regards to compliance with the contract and applicable codes/standards, quality, safety and environmental acceptance.

 Remain attached with Powerhouse Electrical section to do daily routine maintenance activities.
 Remain attached with protection section to monitor daily and monthly routine trouble shooting.
 Remain attached with 500kV switchyard section and involved in daily and routine maintenance activities.

 Total Electrical Design of New Shops.
