DGM- IT Present Manage IT team across Pakistan for all IT related issues and updates. Developed a new business process and administered and development with outsource development team. Daily reporting to CTO and CEO.
Key Results:
• Manage all IT related operations in Head Ofice and 80+ Branches all over Pakistan. Manage team and reporting Portal for higher management.
• Support and manage FBR (Federal Board of Revenue), PRA (Punjab Revenue Authority) and KPRA data sharing application for their Invoice generation service through desktop and web api
• Manage and integration online orders with Cuscapi Transight 3.5 and NCR ALOHA POS V15 solutions.
• Working with SIMPLEX Technology Solutions to implementation NCR Aloha POS and E-Comm Solution developed in React Native covering website, CMS, CRM and Mobile application
