2012 - 2013, joined my mentor Mr. Teoh Hun Lim at his family business, Concept Rubber Products, Penang. Appointed as a Factory Manager in charge of all factory operations, set up and develop a new industrial glove business and operation for the company.
2011 - 2012, set up a Chinese Muslim restaurant for my family in Kedah. Responsible for obtaining licences and coordinating with local health authority, city council and uitility companies. In charge of restaurant set up, procurement, promotions, recruitment and training.
2008 - 2011, started work as Director of Manufacturing at Englotechs Holding Berhad, a public listed company producing industrial gloves. Responsible for all manufacturing operations of 3 factories in Malaysia and 1 factory in China. Last position was as Chief Operating Officer of Englotechs group.
1998 - 2008, started work as a General Manager at Maxi Support Sdn. Bhd. Kedah. Responsible for 3 factories producing rubber mittens and also chlorination services for medical gloves.
1988 - 1998, started work as a QC Supervisor at Baxter Healthcare SA, Penang. Last position was a Manufacturing Manager in charge of disposeable examination gloves.
1985 - 1988, work as a Project Officer at Electroscon Kinki Communication, Selangor. Responsible for testing and commisioning completed telecommunication cableworks and installations.
Responsible for daily audit and inspection of semi finished and finished goods. Maintenance and servicing of lab and testing equipment. Calibration of testing and measurement standards.
