> Study and review existing systems, processes and business practices and improve these systems, processes and practices in terms of enhanced customer service, efficiency, increased revenue or reduction of cost.
> Carry out implementation planning, design, configuration and test software routines and programs, and implement these effectively.
>Develop and maintain as per company standards and guidelines, documentation for all systems implementation for all systems implementation, development and project management carried out.
>Overall management of Hardware and Datacentre. Plan and manage Datacentre Backup processes to ensure against loss of data and on time retrieval of data. Manage Housekeeping of all databases and servers, ensuring all databases have sufficient and up-to-date files for smooth functioning.
>Manage assigned projects effectively making sure that project objectives are delivered to required quality and user satisfaction using established project management practices (planning, design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, go-live, etc.).
>Analyze user problems to determine root causes, correct problems within own preview and direct other aspects to appropriate parties to ensure effective overall resolution
