Job Purpose:
Contributes to processing of feedback received from our Clients/employees to increase the productivity and effectiveness of Dubai Customs that will result in customer/employee satisfaction and loyalty
Contributes to creating a positive impact on customers/employees and all other stakeholders by adhering to legal, ethical and international standards
Ensures the implementation of the SRS Action Plans by communicating, coordinating, following up on actions plans provided by the department
Processes feedback received to order to identify and validate areas of improvement within the processes
Contributes to the self-assessment of the SRS by measuring the impact of all SRS outcomes
Played a major role in saving AED109M recurring savings for Dubai Customs from 2004-2011 July
Evaluates and reports periodically on SRS
Creates an awareness on SRS by preparing bulletins and other communication material for SRS (customers/employees)
Preparing Monthly Management reports as required
Measures activities and results in terms of KPIs
Contributes to enhancing the processes in the SRS
Reporting on SRS results and ROI
Objective setting and performance evaluation
Follow up on Employee suggestions on daily basis
Create awareness of the SRS process
Prepare weekly and monthly reports to communicate results and SRS RIO
Prepare Annual SRS Achievement Report
Prepare Annual Rewards and Events for SRS
