I Am woking in the food factory from the last 08 years. i join the factory as QC/QA Lab: supervosor in the 2003.my basic duties are to check all the etire production line working under the highly hyginic condition. & that all the HACCP principles are properly implemented & which on regular intervals checked & monitored, recorded .i verified i, to check .monitor & supervivise & to facilatate my colleage in the entire lab: operation like receiving of raw materials, packaging materils, checking finish products(physically, chemically & microbiologically).for more details plz call
