Responsible for Handling clients technical issues via live calls, live chats, tickets.
Have experience in handling Virtual Private Network related issues and have worked on Android, iOS, Windows, Linux, DD-WRT, Merlin, others.
Oversee all the technical requirements as provided in RFP and develop a BoQ and assist in
the deployment as needed.
Tasks performed:
1. Provide Network solutions to customers along with equipment demos and site survey.
Extensive discussions with customers to explain the needs and requirements for a successful deployment.
2. Coordination with our partners like Juniper, Ruckus, Pulse Secure to fulfill client needs.
3. Hands on experience on Juniper MX960 as router as well as BNG, Ruckus Wireless
devices and Zone planner software.
4. BoQ/BoM development and pricing as per company policy.
5. Coordination with support engineers (JTAC) to resolve customer issue, resolving issue by
myself in case of no back end vendor support.
6. Performing PAT tests as per customer requirement.
