•Design and implement logistics system in the company, evaluate in accordance to the business needs. Update current processes, develop program environment;
•Develop logistics and procurement contracts. Conclude new contracts, develop suppliers of logistics services, negotiate costs and conditions. Participate in development of raw material suppliers, negotiate specifications and prices;
•Support contract and billing with vets authorities;
•Develop logistics budget and plans, ensure its compliance;
•Calculate cost of logistics; check and approve bills from counterparties;
•Calculate COGS of ready goods; participate in ready goods specifications approval in order to optimize costs of raw materials/ingredients and packaging;
•Plan, control and support ready goods WH stock; provide necessary stock considering sales plan and fact with the respect of shelf life limit;
•Create production forecasts and plans; control fulfilment; correct operational plans dependently on current sales, new entries, marketing actions;
•Develop, support and control procurement plans in order to satisfy production process, considering possible changes of needs and shelf life limit of the ingredients;
•Create and control logistics forecasts and plans; ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulation of the delivered goods;
•Place/approve orders at suppliers of raw materials, ready goods and services;
•Analyze and improve quality and costs of transportation;
•Provide reports; analyze efficiency of supply chain execution;
•Coordinate interdepartmental communication for involved processes: IT, Legal, Sales, Finance, Quality, R&D.
•Implementation of import supply chain process;
