DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.

- Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
- Collect and maintain PC inventory.
- Support staff in assigned project based work.
- Provide office orientation for new employees.
- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Receptionist)
Greet Clients and Visitors
- Greets visitors, applicants and suppliers, make eye contact and greet each individual upon arrival

Communication
- Answers the phone, which often involves the use of a phone system with multiple lines, and also makes return phone calls for management or other office staff.
- Written and e-mail correspondence for the guest
- Write a business letter and create a professional e-mail for company clients or employees.

Record Keeping
- Maintaining sales and purchase records,
- Taking meeting minutes,
- Filing company communications and recording staff requests and client information.
- The receptionist must work with word-processing programs, databases and spreadsheets.
- Highly sensitive records must be handled by the receptionist in a manner that keeps the information confidential.


(Hostess)
- Greet guests at the door and escort/direct them to a table
- Set tables according to service standards
- Introduce the guests server as they sit down - Communicate with the kitchen regarding guests counts and length of wait for tables
- Always smile and greet guests with a warm welcome
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and hostess stand throughout the day
- Be familiar with all Hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately
- Be courteous to all guests and coworkers

(Waitress)
- Knowledgeable about the various services an offer which includes Food and Beverage.
- Ensuring customer expectations are met or exceed.
- Ensure constant contact with customers throughout their dinning.
- Attending and giving satisfaction of customer needs.
- Listening to the manager and supervisor's instructions.
- Listen attentively to the customer what they asked.
- Solicit feedback from customers about service.
- Making sure the paying customer has at least a satisfactory dining experience.
- Being polite, courteous, and prompt.
- Knowing how to answer or fix a complaint.
- Working well with others.
- Performing side work tasks, and some cleaning.
