 Received and checked all materials coming IN and OUT of the warehouse as per packing list and material issue voucher (MIV).
 Verifies materials against requisitions & purchase orders Checks color coding of materials heat numbers against certificate index file.
 Conduct visual/preliminary inspection of all materials and witness materials receiving inspection. Check quantities and material condition on receipt (with assistance from Quality Dept. as necessary).
 Prepared all materials needed for shutdown work. Monitoring/tracking installable and non installable materials. Supervising all loading & unloading of materials that came IN and OUT of the warehouse.
 Make sure all materials are arranged according to commodity code, color coding and size. Document Control Inventory and Filing system of Material Control Department providing all reports to Client for Material Receiving Report
 A strict control, care & check at pilferage, damage, thief, weather & spoilage in the store.
 To maintain different documents as Inward register, Receipt of stores, Goods Receipt Note (GRN) & Material Requisition Slip etc
 Organized and monitor the inventory and all incoming and outgoing stock.
 All types’ day-to-day routine Store documentation work.
 Maintain a record a complete a record for incoming & outgoing Materials.
 Specification checking for completes incoming Materials.
 Coordination (Segregate the Materials for Drawing vice & put the tag).
 All record keeping are in computerized.
 Familiar in Material tracking System.
 Making a report for Damage Materials.
 Correspondence with Maintenance & Purchase teams.
 Coordinate with logistic team, regarding the incoming materials.
 Prepare Materials Shortage List for all areas on Project UO1
 To monitor all Warehousing activities including Receiving, Issuance and Proper Storage.
 Prepare monthly reports of stock consumptions, Requisitions and physical inventories to Group Supply chain Manager
 Discuss Back Order Reports of the pending PO’s with Project Manager and Manager Procurement for further actions.
 Coordinate with other Sites in the world to share stock status and send / receive stuff by ‘Inter-company Transaction’.
 Look after all Material management activities related to Stores / Warehouses for Drilling Operations.
 To keep all inventory in level by assigning the minimum and maximum values so that no stuff get short / excess in warehouse.
 Raise all Requisitions for the stuff needed and discuss the quotation / Pricing with relevant department.
 Upgrade and Update all warehouse tools and Personals with New HSE standards and strictly follow & implement all HSE rules.
 Ensure that Material received has been properly store and make planning for the space of all incoming stuff.
 Keep all record of inventory consumption and receiving and if needed minimize the consumption by applying various functions.
 Renovate all the stores according to new technologies and to make more space.
 To train and monitor warehouse staff according to new emerging skills and technologies and to keep them ‘Motivated’ at site.
 To prepare weekly raw material run out and analyze the raw material requirement for the week / month.
 Prepare and finalize purchase requisition of Raw Material from various suppliers.

 Verifying new materials (Inventories) through proper logistical documents and inspects those materials visually & SAP entry Goods Receipt.
 Issue material/ return - forms to be filled in before issuing to service companies. Return forms- update back load check with respective service company and then take signature from the respective service companies.
