Startup with the aim to provide R&D Service support for the earthmoving manufacturers in India.
Major projects:
1. Support in testing during the development of Backhoe (Phantom) for ACE Cranes India Pvt ltd, Haryana.
2. Performance trials for JCB Power Systems Gen-sets.
3. Installation and performance trials of hydraulics for new gen excavator for JCB India Ltd, Pune.
4. Developed a low-speed measuring instrument for compactors.
Others projects:
1. Development of Vehicle tracking system.
2. Development of Fuel consumption measuring instrument.
In 2022 April we discontinue as not making enough business to survive covid & post covid.

Joined as DET in 2011& promoted to Sr. Engineer in 2015 in Proto Shop (R&D) Department.
Test & Validation:
• Validation testing for excavators 8Ton - 30 Ton.
• Wheel loaders, Backhoe loaders, Soil & tandem compactors, tale handlers, skid steer loaders, site dumpers, etc.
• Ensure to follow test standards & SOPs to achieve accurate results.
• Performance Testing, Endurance testing, Rig Testing, and Assessment are the prime testing activities to perform.
• Hydraulics Pressure mapping, cooling trials, Endurance test cycle, Rig test, Climatic testing, productivity mapping & fuel consumption trials are the major testing activities carried out as per ISO or Internal JCB Test standards.
Supervision for Photoshop activities:
• Coordination with Engineering & Purchase team for availability of parts.
• Ensure QC approvals as per the specification of incoming proto parts.
• Monitor assembly and coordination with fitters.
• Raise concerns as per level in assembly progress chart also, report for med & high-level risk concern.
• Ensure Safety standards to follow at all times.
HRD activities:
• Team building exercise at regular intervals.
• Learning session for operators and fitters.
• Workshop session on root cause assessments.
• Machine assessments and noting their feedback on regular bases.
