Job Responsibility:
• Undertake the task of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
• Handle requests and queries appropriately.
• Close complaints within SLA.
• Follow up and update - requests/queries using CAFM software (Horizon).
• Screening calls and customer relations.
• Preparing reports, quotations and presentations for higher management and customers.
• Supports senior-level managers.
• Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
• Allocating technical staffs.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Updating labour’s time sheet in HRMS.
