Monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, approving expenses, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers and payments collected, in SAP environment.
Extensive knowledge of handling accounting tasks pertinent to Project Accounts (PS Module), and accounts receivable.

Report the project financial status: revenue, expenditure, margin, cash flow.
Quarterly Actual against Estimates and yearly Forecast against Budget.
Monthly actual spend and analyze in detail the variance to the original plan.
Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management.
Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects.
Design Project Accounting tools and develop reporting requirements in SAP.
Training the staff in use of SAP systems by coordinating with SAP tech Support team.
Improve the reporting, creating new templates post SAP migration.
Produce and analyze multi-project performance indicators.
Preparation of MIS-Reporting & Performance Highlight Reports of Various Company Project in Kuwait.
Finalize the Balance Sheet & Revenue-Cost Figures of the month for the organization.
Maintaining & reviewing the variance analysis for Cost & Overheads allocation of Depts. in accordance with Department Budgets.
