* Implement and monitor the Company’s safety policies and procedures and ensure a safe
working environment for all team members.
* Working as lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 for group
companies
* Established, implement and monitoring of Gulf SQAS systems and procedures
* Evaluate and analyze quality issues during the process and introduce corrective and
preventive actions.
* Reviewing and implementation of Risk assessment controls of project site and monitoring
* Handle customer complaints
* Liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations
* To ensure compliance with company's HSE objectives, requirements, priorities, policies,
procedures, standards, rules, regulations and guidelines
* Managing & conducting HSE internal & external training programs.
* Liaise with the client safety department regarding project safety activities.
* To develop and implement HSE plan for the project
* Conducting sub-contractor audits & inspections.
* Monitoring of field work activities to eliminate the Unsafe Practices
* Participates in Incident/ Accident Investigation and report preparation.
* Working as MR
* Conduct Continuous Improvement processes to improve processes and procedures
with additional QHSE Responsibilities my duties and
responsibilities were:
* Develop safe work methods & Standard Operating Procedures
* Conduct Process Hazard Identification during operation and recommend adequate measures
to eliminate the accident.
* Ensure that all hazards are identified, and Risks are assessed and managed
* Conducts schedule internal compliance/ verification audit of work places.
* Participates in Incident/ Accident Investigation and report preparation.
* New employee HSE Orientation.
* Different tasks like, near miss, Work at Height, Safety awareness, Risk Assessment, PPE’S,
Confined Space, Power Tools and toolbox talks, permit to Work, Accident Reporting and
Investigation, Fire Fighting, Managing Manpower and Training of Staff, take care of overall
plant, housekeeping & safety issues were my basic field of duties.
