Assisting multiple employers to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies, and help individuals find and gain appropriate employment. - Very good Headhunter : identify the « rare pearl and convince it to integrate the company ». - Recruiting with full cycle recruiting experience : from talent and high potentials skills sourcing for attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, to optimize their full integration into the company through private and individual coaching and accomodation/domestic needs. - Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. - Developing a recruiting pipeline, update job descriptions and job specifications. - Performing job and tasking analysis to document job requirements and objectives. - Preparing and posting jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc... - Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, high schools, professional bodies, private network, employee refferals, internet, etc - Conducting interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods and filtering candidates within schedule for open positions. - Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated through individual coaching. - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. - Providing analytical and well documented reports to general manager - Screen candidates resumes and job applications. - Acting as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. - Providing domestic needs (appartment, school for children, etc...) - Promoting and exposing company’s reputation as “best and nice place to work”.
