Description of Job responsibilities and achievements

• Monitor, inspect and test the physical, chemical and microbial properties of incoming raw materials, intermediate and finished products.
• Conduct in-process quality checks to identify defects, ensure compliance with company quality control standards and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 standards and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with food safety management systems and regulations.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational consistency.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Lead FDA facility and product license renewal audit.
• Maintain detailed records of all quality documents and report issues to management.
