Process purchase orders for medicines, monitor shipping and delivery of research drugs for different research protocols
◼ Working with suppliers to know product availability and ensure competitive pricing
◼ Keeping the team well informed of any changes and updates related to medicines and pharmaceutical supplies
◼ Tracking deliveries, collection and storage of all shipping and delivery documents in a timely and secure manner.
◼ Receive and store incoming supplies, verify quantities against invoices, check for out-dated medications in current inventory, and informs supervisors of stock need and shortages.
◼ Order, label, and count stock of medications, chemicals, or supplies and enter inventory data into Navision.
◼ Any other duties related to dispensing and research material logistics or as assigned by the pharmacist
