Keeps membership attrition to the lowest achievable levels through well-structured and well-executed retention programs
•Checks GX classes and ensure software is up to date
•Answers all phone enquiries
•Greets all customers with a ‘hello how are you’
•Communicates everything operationally through to the Club manager and operational staff
•Ensures that the daily sales activity logs are up to date all the time
•Ensures your filing is neat and tidy
•Performs any other duties as directed by Management
•Completes tours of the facilities and advise customers on the best options available to them
•Completes the daily figures at the end of every shift
•Assists development of Corporate Sales within the local business community
•Ensures that all staff answer, all telephone enquiries from prospects and current member

•Monitors the unassigned queue at all times
•Checks if the collection can be made on time by another courier to reassign it to that available courier
•Checks with the assigned courier whether the collection can be performed same day, and if it can be
same day obtain the soonest possible time to collect the shipment
•Notifies the contact center of the delay and the soonest possible time to collect the shipment whether same day or next day, to have them check with customer if the collection may be rescheduled according to the advised time


**DOMESTIC (Q-Post Shipments)

•Daily uploads of shipment data received on Qpost System before sending to GPO
•Coordinates with the team receiving the new shipments subject for QPost delivery
•Ensures for the correct details / information being uploaded on QPost system
•Arranges deliveries for urgent shipments being followed up by customers and coordinating with Qpost staff thru emails and phone calls
•Receives undelivered shipments returned by Qpost, consolidating the list whether subject for re-delivery or for return to outlets
•Checks and monitors the list of outstanding undelivered shipments being held in the Qpost
•Updates the status of the shipments as RETURNED from the system to remove from the outstanding queue
•Answers queries thru emails from internal customers
