• Contract Management
o Negotiate contract terms and conditions, coordinate technical scopes of work including interface with all project disciplines.
o Lead internal Request for Proposal (RFP) and RFP explanation meetings, contract pre-award meetings, final negotiations, and drafting/finalization of contract documents
o Analyze commercial sections of proposals and coordination of technical proposal evaluations. Develop final proposal evaluations and prepare contract recommendations, and present recommendation to project team and/or client.
o Perform contract management post-award activities through evaluating and status contractors’ productivity, schedule adherence, contract change management, invoicing and claims avoidance.
o Perform closeout of contracts, finalize outstanding contract issues, issue of final modifications, invoices and coordinate completion of contractor performance evaluations.
• Supply Chain Research and Analysis
o Commercial strategy - Middle East supply chain status, Middle East supply chain capabilities, localization capabilities and potentials, SWOT and gap analysis … etc.
o Localization Planning - local vendors & contractors analysis, qualification, and challenges and mitigation.
o Monthly ME matrix managers metrics report.
• Supply Chain Activities Management
o Confirming the suppliers' understanding of all deliverables and that the suppliers' submission or delivery requirements match the project's expectations.
o Analyzing and critique the suppliers' production schedule, evaluate the suppliers' plans and ability to meet the schedule, and monitor, evaluate, and report the suppliers' performance against the suppliers' schedule.
o Conducting site visits and identifying potential and actual disruptions in the supplier's submission and delivery schedules and lead the implementation of project selected actions to avoid or minimize the impact of supplier schedule disruptions on the project.
o Recent tasks include managing $25+ million package for ZOR new refinery project among other packages.
• Supply Chain Compliance Lead
By reporting directly to the Supply Chain for the Middle East Lead, I function as an independent and objective person who monitor, investigates and evaluates compliance issues and concerns within supply chain line in the Middle East. My main goal is to provide reasonable assurance that supply chain related activities and employees are operating in compliance with relevant practices, procedures and regulations. This includes, but not limited to, the following:
o Assists the appropriate internal stakeholders in conducting their investigations into suspected procurement irregularities, conflicts of interest, fraud and other violations of company policies and procedures
o Provides periodic compliance briefings to management, as appropriate, on issues, actions and activities
o Counsels and advises supply chain personnel with respect to day-to-day compliance related issues as they arise
o Conducts periodic compliance reviews for the organization’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) related activities to ensure conformity with the company's existing policies and procedures, and monitors subsequent adherence to the compliance action plan
o Delivers an effective compliance monitoring and testing program, aligned with the global supply chain practices and procedures
o Promotes and supports a risk minimizing culture in alignment with the culture transformation and Compliance's role as the second line of defense
o Proactively assists management in identifying and containing compliance risk

rights tests and assisting with analysis, conducting research for reports and investigations, and reviewing

Leading market research unit to provide all information that will clarify strengths and weaknesses of the company’s commercial activities that will enable top management to obtain very informative view of growth and development opportunities by:
o Determining current/future market size, and market share through different methods, internal and external, and private and public sources
o Providing various studies of consumer behavior and trends and, also, rate their satisfaction about the company’s concept, purchase experience, and aftersale services
o Providing full-fledged studies about all company’s categories (business lines) that include detailed comparison between the company and its competitors concerning concept, sales, products, services, media outlets and budget, strategy, and promotions.
o Ensuring accuracy and quality of customers’ information

I have completed two year (six quarter), full-time MBA Program that included an integrated, intensive first-year study of managerial foundations, managerial forces, and decision making. The second-year study included elective classes, several on site projects, and internship. My on-site projects were in both Samson Rope Samson Rope Technologies Inc, a world leader in rope technology, and Whatcom Credit Union. Both are located in Washington State, United States. With Samson, I worked as operation management analyst. My team primary role was developing new methods to minimize waste and to standardize processes by using lean principles in order to increase picking efficiency inside the factory. On the other hand, my role with Whatcom Credit Union Bellingham was a marketing researcher. My team goal was conducting a marketing research about demographic information and banking behavior of minority population segments in Whatcom County, WA and developed strategies that effectively attract these segments. My internship was at Saturna Capital in Washington state. Saturna is a leader in Islamic investment and it was awarded by Failaka Advisors, the Islamic fund monitoring and rating company, as the best US Islamic equity fund for the years 2005-2008. I worked as investment analyst during which I performed intensive financial analysis using sources including financial statements, financial reports, news, and Bloomberg software to measure profitability, solvency, liquidity and stability for companies in emerging markets.
My B.S in MIS was conferred with Third Honors. I had an internship at SCECO for seven months as database designer during which I have designed a clearance program for retirees for the company.
