With Stream Global Services I worked with two different campaign. First, I supported VoIP ( Retention ) campaign: I am convincing customer's to stay with the service and instead of cancelling their account I provide them options. Second, I worked as a Universal Agent handling three splits; Payroll Technical Support, Account Maintenance and Direct Deposit. What I did in this campaign was I helped customer's in setting up their payroll software so that it would be easier for them to pay their employees.
I graduated 3rd Honor during my Elementary Level and completed my Secondary Level with one of the top 10 candidates for honors. During my College Level, I also graduated with Honor. From Elementary to College I always received Best in English and Best In Penmanship Award. I was a Congressional Scholar of Congressman Julio Ledesma IV and I completed my internship at Julio Ledesma National High School.
