Lead the process for identifying, developing, and implementing advanced planning methods, systems, and tools, in order
to improve forecast accuracy and inventory management.
Manage the demand planning process by conducting detail analysis of inputs and outputs of the qualitative and
quantitative data.
Prepare sales and statistical forecasts performance reports on aggregate level as well as item level for Sales & Operations
Planning (S&OP) meetings.
Manage inventory targets (including safety stock levels) and scrutinize current and future forecasting analysis.
Successfully and accurately control ERP system and processes, from forecast upload to generation of all inventory
reporting.
Improve forecast accuracy by 35% - Reduce inventory by 25% - Save 20% from annual selling budget.
Improve reliability and accuracy of sales data & reporting by 60%.
Work with Sales team to create the annual forecast.
Calculation of loading hours for equipment’s and manpower efficiency and Determine over time hours
and Record losses hours and make analysis for its reasons.
Determine the required capacity to meet the annual plan in terms of machinery and personnel.
Review the determined order lead-time issued by planners before confirming with customers.
Determine needs to make changes in the production plan based on sudden orders or other unexpected circumstances.
Create the budget plan for the department and determine any necessary needs and resources.
Issue weekly reports about production rates for all production departments.
Production efficiency analysis.
Design MRP and issue requirement plan (monthly - annually).
Communication with the parts manufacture in order to match the required part with the existing or with the existing facilities
of the manufacture.
Following stock level in inventory.
Design and implement effective MRP system for Asfour Crystal International.
Establish complete planning system among sales, production, retail and MRP system.
• Work closely with other Senior Managers to provide expert planning support and advice to aid strategic decision making.
• Responsible for the production of accurate and timely plans and programs for a number of schemes or projects using appropriate planning tools such as Excel.
• Work with Asset Management and Project Managers to develop initial plans from early information relating to Gateway dates.
• Liaise closely with Contractor management teams to develop and maintain plans.
• Ensure that Planners monitor plans and provides early warnings of upcoming key dates.
• Ensure that information contained in plans is fed into weekly and monthly Performance reports in a timely fashion.
• Focus on the achievement of targets, milestones and KPIs.
• Introduce a robust system of version control.
• Work with Marketing & Sales Team to provide expert planning support and advice to aid strategic decision making.
• Responsible for handling customer order & Give delivery date for it.
• Responsible for handling Stock in stores “Raw - Semi finished - Finished”.
• Follow up & controlling stores requirements.
• Preparing the purchase orders, Contracts.
• Creation and update suppliers list to keep stability of purchasing process on going.
• Classifying suppliers due to their attitudes.
• Controlling of saving process.
• Performing communication and negotiation with suppliers for dealing.
• Preparation documents of purchasing cycle.
• Training purchasing team for using internal system.
Improve percentage of supplier’s contracts from 60% to 100% for EL Banna Co. for Contracting.
Develop & update directory of suppliers and tendering for EL Banna Co. for Contracting.

• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
