Designing & Construction
System Studies: Saudi Aramco Engineering standard (SAES) and procedure for preparation of new drawings & As-build, P & ID review, Scope of work, ESD System studies.
Engineering Documents : Design Basis & Philosophy, Instrument I/O List, Instrument specification sheet (ISS), Instrument installation Schedule (IIS), Instruments points and line diagram(IPL), ILD, Terminals Block diagrams & Interconnection diagrams(ECD), (EWD)
•Bock diagrams, Cable Schedule, Study & Reports, Project Specification, and Datasheets & MTO for all Instrumentation equipment’s.
•Engineering Layout Drawings & Standard Installation Details: Preparation of cable layout, Tray/Rack/Trench/Duct Bank Layout & Sections, cable and conduit schedule, cable tray load Calculation, Instrument Installation and mounting details, instrument piping details.
•Vendor Drawing Review, Technical Liaison with Vendors, Interaction with & Contractors, Coordination with other disciplines, Interdisciplinary review, Support to Procurement team/Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), floating of inquiries, Support to Construction team & attending Site Engineering Request (SER) & Revising Engineering deliverables in accordance with SER.
•Review of Vendor Cause & Effect Chart according to Vendor P&ID, Process P&ID.
•Review of Vendor Control Narrative Documents according to P&ID, Process P&ID.
•Review of Vendor Unit Control Panel Layout and Wiring Diagram.
•Experience on Instrumentation Design Tool’s (INTOOL’s) Intergraph’s Smart Plant Instrumentation (Version SPI - 2007, SPI - 2009 & SPI - 2013)
•Responsible for troubleshooting the problems in FANUC ROBOTS and
STACKERS.
•Troubleshooting, calibration and Maintenance of FANUC ROBOTS and
STACKERS.
•Having Work Exposure in Siemens PCS7 DCS (version 7.0, v7.1 & v8.0).
•Engineering Station Configuration.
•Server Configuration.
•OS configuration.
•Hardware and Netpro Configuration.
•Program Modification.
•Profibus PA Device Configuration in DCS using GSD file.
•Server Redundancy configuration.
•Communication between controllers.
•Program Backup and Reed back taken.
•Picture modification in wincc, server compilation and download.
•Involved in planning & execution of preventive & proactive maintenance schedule for improvising ensuring reliability.
•Having knowledge in Honeywell DCS system EPKS.
•Having knowledge in Honeywell DCS server's redundancy checking.
•Having knowledge in Honeywell process history database.
•Planned & Execution of Annual Shutdown successfully.
•Carrying out regular maintenance activities in coater plant, Bottero line dealing with conveyor line, Pump station, Demi water treatment Plant.
•Having knowledge in communication between(Controllers)S7 300 to S7 300 PLC and S7 300 to S7 400 PLC using
