Having the knowledge about the treatments of each specialization in our center to be able to encode accurately each patient data using the ACHI codes. Daily tracking of each insurance patient is mandatory to ensure that it has a complete set of documents.
Preparing lesson materials, equipment’s and demonstrations. Supervising the students in classrooms, hall, cafeteria, school yards, gymnasiums, or on field trips. Organizing all the teacher’s daily needs in teaching. Attend staff meetings, and serve on committees as required.
Being involved in stock control and management. Being responsible for processing cash and card payments. Answering queries from customers. Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor. Explaining the billing statement to the customers before they pay.
Keeping records of the company and transcribing it into company’s computer system. Speed and completeness in typing and data entry. Ensuring that the data that has been entered matches the original source and identifying errors in both. Verbal and written communication skills are paramount, as is the ability to block out distractions that may cause errors.
