products and the renovation of existing products

Supply Chain) to successfully contribute to the development and launch of new products in an
accelerated manner
• Generate robust packaging component specifications, finished good product specifications, and bills of
materials as part of the technical validation process•
• Provide technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to evaluate and correct package-related issues to
maintain production schedules and product quality as needed
• Utilize knowledge to contribute to the successful commercialization of new ideas driving consumer and
corporate value
• Provide packaging development project tasks and related timing to the Global Project Manager to help
create and manage effective and efficient project timelines and related success criteria to realize
completion dates and project execution
• Continue to gain technical knowledge areas to grow breadth and depth of packaging development skills
• Lead and perform tests for both primary and secondary package components
• Issue packaging component specifications, & other packaging related documentation such as pallet
patterns using Cape Pack.

and Packaging Safety

Responsible for all packaging development work under MAGGI Brands and responsible in qualifying new packaging materials and component for
Nestle Sustainability Strategy. Technical focal contact for any packaging related issue on the manufacturing line. Team Lead for Sourcing and
Supply Chain resiliency especially on supplier validation, qualification, and audit. Quality improvement lead for existing packaging products and
delivering numbers of New Products Introduction for Packaging to Nestle MAGGI Portfolio

as Nestle, MARS, PepsiCo, Asahi and more.
Design and develop a new packaging product
• Designed the latest flexible packaging products in terms of mechanical and chemical properties using a various range of polyolefins
materials
• Developed metallocene grades polyolefins for better thermal and mechanical strength
• Involved in downgauge projects in terms of material formulation for cost optimization
• Focused on blown film extrusion process, flexographic and gravure printing, and lamination process for multiple laminated film
• Successfully developed Gardenia NUMEE project for Noodles packaging which involved flexographic printing and dry lamination
process
• Attended samples trial run at customer sides and provide technical solution on the line and to ensure manufacturability
• Developed Industrial Packaging e.g. Strech Hood Film, Barrier Bag and Shrink Hood film for petrochemical, cement and electronic
industries
Analyzing data and solving client and supplier technical problems
• Analyzed provided data from Clients and provided technical solutions specifically for analytical and instrumentation testing mainly
using DSC and GC-MS Analysis.

Global and regional project development
• Collaborated with Tsukasa Chemical Industry for HATTY cushion air film project development for Japanese and Asia markets.
• Involved in Installing and Commissioning two PSM HATTY Air film machines and successfully producing and delivering the first batch
of HATTY cushion air film to Japan.
• Involved in the development of bakery bag products from artwork, plate making, flexographic printing, and Bag Wicketing process for
Europe and NZ Market
Safety and Environmental procedures implementation
• Monitoring radiation source for thickness gauges in extrusion blown film process and providing monthly dosage reports to the Nuclear
Agency of Malaysia (ANM).
• Installed and mounted NDC GBS310 Gamma Backscatter for thickness profile controlled
• Competent Radiation Protection Worker from Atomic Agency Licensing Board (AELB)
