My role is to act as a technical consultant for Dynamics D365/AX development, meeting with the required stakeholders to gather requirements, propose the correct solution, set the deliverables, and complete the technical development in Dynamics 365 for Finance and operations and Power BI.
▪ Participate in technical aspect of the implementation/roll out from analyzing the Kansai business requirements to configuring AX to meet the user’s needs
▪ Prepare design documents
▪ Install AX components and apply hotfix and cumulative updates
▪ Upgrade of AX 2012 R3 to Dynamics 365 finance and operations
▪ Implement security policies
▪ Develop vertical solutions, reports, dashboards, forms, workflows, and process for different modules
▪ Build and deploy customization across the various environments
▪ Data migration while during legal entity rollout
▪ Optimize AX application and environments
▪ Fix the bug using AX and visual studio debugger
▪ Set up and monitor SQL maintenance plan for AX
▪ Daily Dynamics AX user support
▪ Dynamics ERP-CRM integration
▪ Customize Dynamics CRM using PowerApps and Implement custom user security role
▪ Collaborate with business stake holders for change management and IT initiative
▪ Mentor AX technical team
▪ Prepare periodic work status reports
▪ Assist IT head as directed
▪ Infrastructure requirement analysis and worked on environment specification for AX installation and upgrade ▪ Prepare technical design document
▪ Upgrade AX 2012 base version to AX 2012 R2 ▪ Integration of AX with third party software (construction domain)
