•Checking and evaluating the effectiveness of the action taken to prevent the injuries.
•Planning and directing the procurement of scaffolding materials required for the proper completion of scaffolding on schedule and after making best use of the existing scaffolding materials.
•Directing and supervising the scaffolding crews in the performance of all aspects of their work.
•Discussing and resolving daily problems with the Scaffolding crews and the construction team.
•Ensure smooth execution of the scaffolding erection/inspection or removal of Scaffolding.




•Supervises work crews to best utilize manpower and materials exercise discipline at the work site to prevent absenteeism, unsafe work practice and idleness
•Plan, organize and control operations to ensure efficient delegation of duties and responsibilities.
•Responsible for planned progress schedule incorporating quality and safety.
•Ability to optimize manpower, equipment and materials to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works.

•Execute in a safe and timely manner all access scaffolds are erected / dismantled in line with company procedures.
•Ensure that Scaffold registers and Scaffold inspections are kept up to date in line with procedures
•In conjunction with the Discipline Engineer and Area Engineer ensure Construction Priorities are completed in - line project activities and thereafter access scaffolds dismantled.
•Ensure all applicable Project safety procedures are fully and properly implemented throughout the project phase. Liaise with the HSE team.

•Conducts inspection and certifies the quality suitability and safety of scaffolding as per industrial standard and best industrial practices.
•Monitor the erection and dismantling of scaffolding as per approve the method statement and in accordance plant operating procedure.
•Capable of understanding and verifying erection of scaffolding as per the drawings.
•Capable of identify task hazards involved in scaffolding how to negate them.
