Main Duties:
• Prepare training schedule, assigning instructor for training, coordinating, and facilitating the OTS, OJT and Classroom training for various departments as per the training matrix and company needs.
• Ensure that the lesson plans are prepared and used during the training to effectively delivery training by instructors.
• Observe instructors during the training session to ensure that quality of training delivery and develop improvement plans for the instructors.
• Maintain Subject matter expertise for CDU, SGU, UTILITIES -LP and HP, KHT, NHT and DHT to help instructors for effectively delivering their training and candidates assessment process.
• Develop OPITO CAP portfolio for the assessment of KIPIC operation personnel as per OPITO Level-3 Standards.
• Support Assessors and candidates in assessment process.
• Carry out the Internal Quality Assurance of the assessed portfolios of the candidates.
• Ensure quality training and record keeping are done as per the procedure.
• Ensure that the meaningful training materials and job aids are prepared and maintained.
• Carry out TNA-Training need analysis for the organization by conducting a training gap analysis with the job profile of the employees.
• Review and update Competency Management System for the Operators, Engineers, and Shift Supervisors,
• Apply OJT, OTS and Classroom training for knowledge and skill building,
• Develop training strategy and carry out the assessment of the training effectiveness from time to time,
• Apply the LMS- learning management system for the effective management of training programs,
• Reporting training progress monthly and quarterly to the management,
Main Duties:
• Classroom and On-the-Job Training delivered to Engineers and Operators for:
Utilities Section: -Fire water system, Potable water system, Desalinated Water System, Condensate polisher system, DM water system, Multi point ground flare (LP & HP) flare, Flare Gas recovery unit, Cooling Tower unit, Wastewater treatment Steam Boilers and PSA (Pressure swing adsorption system).
SGU‑Saturated Gas Unit:
IFG supply Scrubber, Refinery Off gas scrubber, wild Naphtha debutanizer, LPG Scrubber and Coalescer operation. Amine handling, Amine Drain system, ODS system and SWS handling
CDU‑Crude Distillation Unit:
Crude feed, Desalter operation, pre heat train, warm train and hot train operation, crude heater operation, Distillation column operation, side stream stripper operation, LP gases compression, Naphtha stabilizer, Stripped and desalter wastewater handling.
• Prepare lesson plan for the courses to be delivered.
• Prepared and delivered on‑the‑Job Training and carried out cognitive testing and field familiarization assessment of Operators.
• Trained operators and new engineers on associated SOPs and commissioning procedures, and hazards of the processes, process insights, Cause and Effect matrix, troubleshooting, and emergency handling.
• Prepared task books for testing of underpinning knowledge and skills as apart of operator's competence assessment process
• Reviewed and updated of training materials.
• Align, enhance, and support training function and improve effectiveness of training
• Implement department's training initiatives.
• Leading a team of instructors in a Matrix Environment, Reporting to Kent and KIPIC Management
• Facilitate in documenting all training records, and perform internal verification/audits to keep records evergreen

Worked for Boilers (HPX6X181T/HR) and BFW treatment, DM water treatment plant (Ion exchange), wastewater treatment plant (SBR) batch aerobic digestion system, closed cooling water system, Incinerators (Oxidizer), Condensate recovery system, and Instrument & Plant Air system.
EQUATE is a role-based organization, therefore, I was responsible for learning and development of my department's shift personnel. My main duties are as follows:
• Production planning and advanced troubleshooting,
• Providing technical insight to any queries raised by Daily Production Specialists (Technical Advisors)
• whenever needed.
• Functional Six Sigma Black belt, to coach all employees, to use the six-sigma methodology to create structured problem-solving plans also cost optimization.
• Carry out “training need analysis” of all department’s employees, act as a technical and safety resource for all operators and engineers within the Department.
• Perform internal technical reviews of training documentation, instruct training classes and field training for operator qualifications, Implement training plans.
• Mentoring operators and engineers to take up new roles.
• Do competency assessment of Department employees and move them from acquiring to applying, to leveraging and finally to visioning stage as found appropriate.
• Provide final approval for the completion of OJT for Operation Technologists and Engineers.
• Develop operating procedures, operating manuals, training manuals, qualification assessments, and other training materials,
• Expert in understanding of P&IDS, PFDS, and Isometric drawing
• Develop, validate and approve operating procedures for safety equipment’s operation,

Main Duties:

Main Duties:
• Worked as field and control room operator for Air Separation Unit operation, Boilers (HPX6X181T/HR) and BFW treatment, DM water treatment plant (Ion exchange), wastewater treatment plant (SBR) batch aerobic digestion system, closed cooling water system, Incinerators (Oxidizer), Condensate recovery system, and Instrument & Plant Air system.
• Provide on Job Training to the Operation Technologists and new Engineers
• Operate plant in as per procedure and police
• Worked in Captive Power and Utilities Department for the operation of HP Boilers, Steam Distribution, DM Water Treatment plants (water softening and Turbidity removal), wastewater (aerobic digestion)
• • Plant, Cooling Tower, DM water ion exchange) and Gas Turbines based power generation plant. (2X10MW)
Main Duties:
• Plant was erected in my presence. I have checked progress of plant construction and developed punch lists to make the plants ready for commissioning. I took part in commissioning of DM Water, Wastewater treatment plant and Boilers system.
• Worked in field and control room to operate the Utilities Units.
• Develop operating procedures, operating manuals, training manuals, qualification assessments, and other training materials
