Worked experience up to date from April 2004 as a IT Assistant in PanAudio Ltd, Member of HP team for analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving internal user's and external client's HP desktop and printers issues for this Customer Sites. Repaired and configured HP desktop and printers for hot swap customers. Gained extensive knowledge of all computer models including Compaq, Hewlett Packard and IBM.
Accountable for building, configuring, troubleshooting and repairing computer systems for telephony companies throughout the Sri Lanka. (With 2 years’ experience as a part time)
