* Leading the overall recruitment process encompassing manpower sourcing, manpower pooling, interview, selection, hiring and documentation in line with the annual Recruitment Master plan.
* Established new Recruitment function. Developed and implemented the new Recruitment policy
and procedure including the In-Company Posting system.
* Developed and implemented programs for effective employer branding, recruiting campaigns, in
order to attract qualified candidates and to create a positive image of Petromin.
* Developed and implemented On-boarding and Induction processes in coordination with the line

methodology) in coordination with the line management to define a transparent and fair grading structure (Job Matrix).
* Reviewed and updated the Competencies Matrix. Assessing individuals against the set
competencies by interviewing VPs and managers, training needs questionnaires and reviewing the
job descriptions.
* Designed and implemented the annual Training Master Plan in coordination with the department’s
heads. Evaluation in coordination with the line management the effectiveness of the training
programs, their impact on individual and business performance and providing feedback on success
against objectives and highlight scope for further improvement.
