Presently I am working in Arab National Bank as Senior Systems Analyst and recently been given the opportunity as project lead for few projects. I have strong foundation in both software development life cycle and IT service delivery concepts - ITIL. I have had the opportunity to work at different positions throughout my experience at ANB including programmer, lead tester, implementer and post production support. Below are the key highlights of my work.
Have strong experience in assessing business needs into Systems development and maintenance.
Experience in several application types including web based and specify platform based like UNIX, Linux, Windows, etc.
Experience in system analysis including performing root cause analysis.
Experience in development including design, coding, implementation, testing, implementation and post production support.
Have extensive testing experience including project lead for several projects involving the below:
o SIT testing including functional, regression and integration testing.
o Designing and executing UAT test cases.
o Investigate software defects in-coordination with developers to resolve technical issues
o Integration test for applications with CORE BANKING SYSTEM.
Have efficiently managed technical teams and support for implementing major projects including ANBs Retail applications SmartRemit, FinnOne, CBS and Capri.
Have provided extensive system support including remotely and afterhours by ticketing system, phone, E-mail or in person.
While also managing coordination with external vendor for many projects.
Strong foundation in both SDLC & ITILv3.
Expertise also includes project planning & management and quality assurance.
Interpersonal skills includes excellent communication and project management
Have experience in managing projects while delivering dedication to improving customer satisfaction, decreasing costs and controlling risk.
Experience in technical support documenting, troubleshooting, resolving and prioritizing incoming help desk requests

During my experience at United Motors Company, I have worked as application programmer, where I have developed applications and several reports for different modules. Below are the key highlights of my work.
Developed a Human Resource System titled as Zemphir system which consisted of 5 main modules.
Developed many reports on several modules like Sales/Nominal Ledger, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Point of Sale, Vehicle Stock books etc.
Implemented personal and payroll modules for Kerridge Auto Line System.
Developed minor application settings in POS and VSB system.
Data migrated from Zemphir (human resource system) System to Kerridge Auto Line System.
Provided application support for Kerridge Auto Line System.
Provided Training and documented materials to concerned staff.

Project Abstract
Part of ANB initiatives to provide superior services for the credit card holders and to provide a yearly statement to the customers. The yearly statement is designed to provide a summary of the transactions done by the customers throughout the year. Transactions done by the customers are classified into different categories as follows:

c. Travel/Transportation
d. Airlines
e. Clothing/Accessories
f. Supermarkets/Grocery stores
g. Medical
h. Others
i. Cash Advances
j. Membership Service Charges & Adjustments

Project Abstract
The Criticized Asset Review System (CARS) presents a summary of the changes in customer’s liabilities to the Bank over the last 4 quarters. It also provides the senior management with an overall view of the portfolio of the emerging and existing problem and non-performing assets as well as their evolution from quarter to quarter.
A quarterly review (based on March, June, September, and December balances) that have been classified as Watchlist or Worse with outstanding debts owed to the Bank of SAR 500, 000 & above is to be deliberated upon by the committee members & business unit heads.
