 Maintained, Monitoring & Troubleshooting of Cisco 3900, 3800, 2800 & 1700 series Routers and 3750, 3560, & 2900 series of Catalyst Switches and D-Link Switches.

 Superior knowledge in Eventide (Digital Audio Recording System) and TANDBERG Devices (Video Conference Device)

 Responsible for the configuration of LAN, Computer Hardware, and its Troubleshooting and maintenance.
 Monitoring and testing network performance and providing network performance statistics and reports.
 Installation & Configuration of CISCO Routers as per organizational requirements.
 Working with switches & creating and managing VLAN.
 Configuring, troubleshooting and verify routing protocols.
 Maintained & Monitoring Cisco 3600, 4000 and 7000 series routers using Cisco Works.
 Supporting different technical problems of end users relocation of PCs, Printer and Scanners.
 Taking Backup and Upgrading of Cisco IOS software from flash memory to TFTP Server.
 Identification of areas where new or improved support policies and procedures may be needed or where new ones may need to be developed.
 Maintaining the operating system and security software utilized on the network, including the addition of new users to the network.
 Perform routine backups and archival of files stored on the network to assist with disaster recovery.
 As a team member responsible for Software/Hardware installation, maintenance and up gradation
 Troubleshoots network connectivity issues.
 Experience with image based backup systems.
