• Primarily accountable to Implementation of designated IT Infra-structure projects in Oman.
• Responsible for Design and Implementation of the Networks to the clients.
• To provide technical assistance and reference possession activities and planned work.
• To take ownership, manage and investigate issues escalated from tier1 and provide resolution
• Managing implementation of New Network Based on Cisco Routers, Switches & Firewalls, Fortigate Network Devices
• L2 & L3 Level troubleshooting
• Involved in New Network Management Solution implementation.
• To ensure all infrastructure changes are implemented properly
• Upgradation of latest Cisco IOS ( Routers, Switches, ASA’s & Fortigate Firewalls) for different clients

• Level 2 Engineer at Mobily NOC consisting of more than 3000 Network Devices and Hosted Data Center.
• Responsible for troubleshooting Cisco Routers ( ASR, 7600, 7200, 3800, 2800 ) Switches ( Nexus 7k &5k, 6500, 4500, 3750, 3560, 2960 ), Firewalls ( ASA ) and Load Balancers ( ACE ).
• Configuring Cisco, Juniper and Fortinet Firewalls.
• Diagnose fault reported / Issues raised by effectively utilizing software diagnostics and other network/product utility programs such as Netflow, Ethereal, Wire Shark etc
• Monitoring WAN Links with Solar Winds.
• Monitoring network performance, network utilization, scanning network for anomalies, addressing Network Issues / Network problems of clients that are assigned through help desk.
• Performing day-to-day trouble tickets from Remedy.
