My Job Responsibilities are divided on below Parameters.

New Business Generation:
Responsible for generating new business, Role involves hunting for new clients by
1) Directly engaging with the Leads
2) Deploying outbound and inbound marketing strategies
3) Tap into databases
4) Develop and optimize mailers to generate leads.

Retaining New Business:
Responsible for retaining and developing existing business by
1) Engaging with clients on regular basis
2) Accepting requisitions and probing clients timely to generate opportunities
3) Coordinating between internal departments and clients to ensure delivery of resources on time
4) Communicating with resources for timely execution of Projects by deadline

Project Management and Operations:
Manage project team to execute operations project effectively and efficiently
1) Define scope, budget, and schedule for operations project
2) Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions.
3) Track, monitor and control expense based on budgetary guidelines.
4) Manage resource assignment, work allocation and software and hardware requirements for operations project.
