Job Title: IT Officer
Al Ain Mall is known to be one of the largest retail space locations in Al Ain
city and my duty is the IT support department that reports to a bigger
management located in Abu Dhabi Region.
Outline of responsibilities
• Accomplished in setting and meeting deadlines, planning and developing
methods for computerizing a range of business tasks.
• Providing IT hardware, software and networks support.
• Trouble shooting, administration and support of Windows 2000/2003/2008
Server and MS Exchange on Dell hardware at all levels.
• First, second and third line support.
• Optimum trouble shooting and problem solving abilities developed.
• E-Marketing Solutions Electronic Newsletters and SMS
• Web Development and Maintenance of the Al Ain Mall Website
• Managing the email system and ensuring the appropriate level of anti-virus
protection.
• Managing Advertising Screens inside the Mall.
• Managing Security CCTV Systems and Maintaining System Stability.
