Currently working in Abu Dhabi in an Industrial and HIFM Contracting Multinational Company SERCO MIDDLE EAST LIMITED as an Instrument and Control Technician for Chillers, Boilers, BMS and HVAC Control Systems in CCAD (Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi), a Project of Mubadala Healthcare Facilities.
Job Responsibilities at CCAD HOSPITAL
Working on Most trustworthy brands of PLC and Automation Systems like Honeywell, Rockwell Automation and Yokogawa.
Grundfos Pump Control System with latest VFDs and Programmable Control Unit CU351.
To Perform and supervise corrective, preventive and break down maintenance as well as Troubleshooting, diagnosing and removing all types of faults in various types of Automatic Control Panels of HVACs System (Chillers and AHUs) BMS and DDC System in RHC and Hospital Buildings as well as Boiler in the HOSPITAL.
Operation, maintenance and repair all types of computerized, electronics processors, controllers, components/equipment of modern HVAC systems.
Carrying out routine and breakdown maintenance of all instruments, PLCs and Control systems as tasked by the superior in compliance with the Work Order system to ensure minimal downtime.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all types of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
A sound knowledge and Practical Experience of LO/TO (Log Out /Tag Out) Procedure in order to safe work operation.
Installation maintenance and calibration of all types of instruments as well as repairing and overhauling.
I have the following Duties and Responsibilities in SHEIKH KHALIFAH MEDICAL CITY (SKMC).
Repair and maintenance of all type of Electrical and Electronic Devices installed on whole the HVAC System in the Hospital like control valves, SOVs temperature and humidity sensors etc .
Checking and maintaining the Electric Power Supply in all the wards of the Hospital.
Operation, maintenance and repair all types of computerized, electronics processors, controllers, components/equipment of modern HVAC systems.
Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of all types of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives),
Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of all type of Electric Power Distribution Boards like MDBDs, SMDBs and FDBs.
Repairing, Installing, Troubleshooting and Maintaining all type of Motor Control Systems in the Chiller Yard and HVACs as well as compressor motors.
Maintenance and repairing of Nurse Call System in all wards of the Hospital.
Repairing of PCBs and Installing of new and repaired PCBs in some Electronic Control Systems.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing and removing all types of faults in various types of Automatic Control Panels of HVACs System (Chillers and AHUs) in all wards of the HOSPITAL.
Checking and Maintaining the Fire Aram System in all the Hospital area and responding to various types of codes in the Hospital.
Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Automatic Sliding and Swing doors.
Maintenance and Resetting of Access Control System for critical and important locations in Hospital.
Installation and Fixing of CCTV Systems for security purposes.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of BMS and DDC System in RHC and Hospital Buildings as well as Boiler, Chiller and AHU Control System.
