Projects Management (Techno-Admin) responsibilities include performing all functions and responsibilities of Maintenance and Contracting Divisions as Division Manager, Operations Manager and Projects Manager. It include but not limited to leading and directing Project Teams, developing & establishing operations plan, managing PPM/CM Work Orders, debating site issues, meeting clients, budget monitoring, variations, interim invoices, cash flow, purchase orders, contractor’s management, reports & documentation, CMMS operation, end user complaints and several other technical & admin functions of projects lifecycle.
Business Management and Administration include overall branch management of organization resources to increase turnover and reduce costs, resources allocation, business reports, negotiations, bidding tenders and general quotations, technical and commercial evaluations, leading admin staff, updating administrative structure, work flows, correspondence, inter-office memos, payrolls, requisitions, purchase orders, communication, back office operations, recruitment, training & orientation, etc.
