 Advising clients on all matters relating to employment; including recruitment,
retention and termination issues. Specifically, providing services relating to
wrongful termination, termination agreements, non-competition clauses or
agreements, confidentiality agreements, proprietary information agreements,
secondment agreements, consulting contracts, employment contracts, and
drafting or reviewing employee regulations or handbooks.
 Advising on and implementing changes to corporate ownership structures.
 Providing legal advices, counsels and reviewing many files, cases and issues for
the following Embassies; U.S. Embassy, Embassy of Brazil, Embassy of India,
Embassy of the Republic of Korea, Embassy of the Republic of Poland and
Embassy of the Czech Republic.
 Establishing, registering and liquidating companies, preparing legal minutes and
companies affairs.
 Providing advices on all aspects of corporate licensing and obtaining approvals
from regulatory bodies and registering Trademarks.
 Keep up with the developments in the issuance and amendments of applicable
laws that are relevant to the client’s businesses.
 Litigation knowledge in court procedures, trials and represented various clients in
filing and defending several civil and commercial lawsuits before the Jordanian
courts. The lawsuits included commercial claims, and claims related to labour
law.
 Representing and providing legal advices and reviewing many files, cases and
issues for the companies are specialized in generating power electricity as a
foreign contractor to execute a massive project in Jordan such as Korea
Southern Power Co. Ltd, KEPCO PLANT SERVICE & ENGENEERING
